Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please find our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days.

  • Note: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, extreme weather, or high-volume sale periods.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs.350 for orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5000.

3. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all cities within Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Bank Transfer / Credit & Debit Cards: Secure prepayments are accepted via our website checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or Email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal (e.g., Leopard, TCS, or PostEx).

5. Important Instructions

  • Verification: For first-time customers or high-value orders, our team may call you for a quick confirmation before dispatching.

  • Failed Deliveries: Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Inspection: Please do not accept the parcel if the security tape is tampered with or the packaging is severely damaged.
